Google consider 200 factors in order to rank any website in search results. SEO industry know about the some of the major algorithms in search ranking. But till date Google has not reveled all details of 200 search algorithms.
A few days ago when same question asked to Google CEO Eric Schmidt, his answer was quite witty," Why we tell secret success of our sauce?" Have Coca-Cola hand over their formula of making coke, Have KFC told about their recipe? So why we should talk about our recipe? :-)
Google again make it clear, he is not going to tell about all search ranking algorithm.
