Last week for search engines were full of controversies. First Google accused Bing for coping its search results and later NY Times reveled still Google is showing spam results in top positions. Spam is big threat for search engines and still search engines are working on how to improve search results quality. Last year one more search engine Blekko launched which claimed to show non spam results.
Moreover in Blekko search results if you don't like any search result you can tag it as spam in search result. Little bit similar to Blekko, Google now allow user to block the website from search results. By using the Google Chrome Personal Blocklist Extension you can make your personal block list for a search result.
After installing the Personal Blocklist extension, for search query "flower bouquet delhi" i got the search results as, please click on image to see it clearly.
By simply clicking the Block host name you can block the website in search results. If you want to unblock the search results then go to the bottom of the page and click on the Show and you will see all blocked search results.
Now by clicking on the unblock you can see all these results again in Google search.
